1. I require at least 50% down at the time of order. Once your order has been quoted, a price has been determined and the 50% down payment has been received, production will begin. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping. Deposits are non-refundable. Due to the personalized nature of our invitations, there are no refunds. All sales are final.
2. No minimum orders.. Since each invite is hand-made, I do not have a minimum order. Feel free to order as many or as little as you need.
3. Turnaround time. The more time I have with your order, the better. I ask that you place your order at least 6-8 weeks in advance. Orders placed under 6 weeks are considered RUSH orders and are charged an additional 20%.
4. Samples. I sell samples of all my invitations for $5.oo plus shipping. Samples will not be personalized.
5. Order quantities cannot be reduced once production starts.
6. Variations. Because of the nature of handmade invitations, understand that each invitation in a set will have minimal variations.
7. Submitting an Order. After you have submitted your order, I will contact you via email within 48 hours. After discussion with you about your needs, I will quote your job and the proofing process will begin. You will receive a proof via email where you will then check the spelling and overall appearance of your invitation. THE INVITE STORE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISPELLINGS/TYPOS AFTER THE PROOF HAS BEEN APPROVED. After the final approval is given and 50% deposit is received, production will begin on your order. You will be notified via email when your order is ready to be shipped. The remaining balance of payment is due prior to final shipping. *If you wish to receive a printed proof, one will be mailed to you at your request*.
8. The Invite Store is not responsible for not meeting time restraints due to delayed response by the customer. |
